Pets - Max 2 allowed, Max weight 70 lb each, Rent varies per pet per month based on screening results.

No aggressive breeds. One time pet fee is $300-350 per pet. All one-time pet fees are non-refundable. Pet rent is charged per pet, per month. All pets must be registered with Pet Screening. Pet rent and Pet fee is determined by Pet Screening.
