No, we do not currently offer furnished apartments.

Residents may have up to two pets per apartment.
Maintenance
Before your scheduled move-in, your apartment will be thoroughly cleaned, and any necessary repairs or replacements will be completed to ensure it’s move-in ready.
No, residents do not need to be present for maintenance to be completed in their apartment.
Yes, Sherwood Station Apartments offers professional on-site maintenance for your convenience.
You can submit a maintenance request online, call our office, or send us an email to report any needed repairs.
If you are locked out during office hours, you can check out a key from the leasing office. Please note, we do not offer after-hours lockout assistance.
For maintenance emergencies after hours, call our office number and follow the prompts to leave a message for the on-call technician.

Applications are typically approved within 48 to 72 hours.
You can pay your rent through our secure online resident portal or in person at the leasing office.
Yes, all residents are required to have renter’s insurance.
Spectrum is the preferred provider for internet and cable services at Sherwood Station Apartments.
To apply, please provide a valid photo ID and proof of income.
Utility setup instructions will be provided to you upon application approval.
Utilities are not included in the rent at this time.
If your application is denied, your administrative fee will be refunded, and you will receive a written notice via email.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
